A Little History ... Pinnacle's roots began ten years ago as a proof of concept company.
Pinnacle recognized the demand and need for a tool that would enable all facets of marketing
to create and deliver products to the marketplace with ease and efficiency; and the internet
was the perfect platform.

Using E-Commerce technology with a Print-On-Demand (POD) output device would allow
clients the tools to generate, design, proof and print materials all on the web. Using variable
templates with embedded fonts and graphics, clients could input custom information and
immediately produce a PDF proof in real time. E-Commerce technology had the ability to
provide total supply chain management. It provided faster delivery of printed materials and
ensured accountability and reliability for the end user since all for complete reporting and
inventory management were included with the technology.

In 2000, Pinnacle built a warehouse and distribution center to better service clients and
distribute products across the US. It provides seamless warehousing, pick and pack, kitting
and distribution all from our E-Commerce infrastructure. In 2002, Pinnacle purchased its first
commercial print facility to better serve our existing clients and provide capacity for our own
growth. Our facility in Santa Rosa, California has fully automated pre-press, traditional sheet
fed presses and digital presses. Recent acquisitions have strengthened and enhanced the
Pinnacle marketing positioning. In 2004, Pinnacle acquired a San Francisco creative services
company specializing in graphic design, direct mail and marketing programs.

Pinnacle today offers production, creative services, assembly, mail, fulfillment, marketing
communications and project coordination. We have developed our business by managing
the entire marketing launch, as well as a simple project or job. The test of our success is
reflected in our many accomplishments. These include successfully delivering entire marketing
campaigns that we developed, coordinated, designed, produced, assembled, fulfilled, managed,
measured and tracked.
