Instructions for using the Pinnacle FTP site

Uploading and Downloading files

• Please compress your files into a single file before loading (Stuff or Zip).
• Name files with following convention:
  company/file_name.sit (or zip)
  MAKE SURE TO ELIMINATE ALL SPACES IN
  THE FILE NAME OR THE FILE WILL NOT LOAD!
• Host: www.p1nnacle.net
  User ID/Login: incoming
  Password: pinnacle
  (if you see a directory option, please leave blank)
• Upload or download compressed file
